cake banana



把牛油和糖,搅拌直至蓬松
加入蛋黄
香蕉捣碎
加入蛋清打至蓬松
加入面粉,苏打和发酵粉。
加入香蕉捣碎
最后加入已打至`蓬松的蛋清。
然后再继续搅拌,5分钟后把搅拌好的材料加入烘焙的模型小碗里。
在烘烤的80℃的温度下20分钟。




2 粒鸡蛋
120g 糖+140g牛油
2滴香蕉露
小茶匙vanila
2大汤匙鲜牛奶或鲜cream
1茶匙柠檬汁
200g面粉(过筛)
1茶匙苏打粉(过筛)
1茶匙烘焙粉(过筛)
